  I just have to say, I came into Subway at US1 and Eau Gallie and I was BLOWN AWAY by Chris' service. He maintained an upbeat attitude even at 1:30AM. I have never had such a great experience at any fast food restaurant. I wish I would've recorded it because Chris really made the end of my late night and my decision to visit this Subway worth it. His skills as not only a sandwich artist but also a customer service representative at your store has solidified my decision to revisit this Subway on my drive home. I pass by your store twice a day and cannot believe I've missed such a gem of an experience. Thank you for making the decision to hire Chris. This man deserves not only a raise, but I hope you make the decision to schedule him for higher volume hours where his skills with service can shine and bring repeat customers back to the store. He's absolutely secured my position as a customer.

  I desperately needed to make a to go order tonight. I called the restaurant six times in a row with no answer. The seventh time I was extremely pissed off. I debated just going to a different subway all together because I was so angry about the situation. But instead... I drove to the subway and sat in the parking lot. When I got there, there was not one car in the parking lot, and not one person inside of the store. As I sat in my car I called the store TWO MORE TIMES, and this time I WATCHED as the employee IGNORED my calls. This situation really upsets me. I am a vegetarian and have a hard time finding places to eat late at night when I get off of work. This subway is pretty much the only place I can stop for dinner on my way home from work. Because this person just didn't feel like answering the phone or dealing with a customer tonight... I go without dinner and you go without a client. This is not the first time I have called this restaurant and had no answer. Usually when I call here I have to call three or four times before anyone will answer at all. And then, when they do answer, they are usually agitated and noticeably upset that I have the nerve to request a to go order? But I usually just shrug it off, place my order, and then come pick it up.  I work in the food service industry so I know how it is, and I always make it a point to be friendly and tip well every time I come in. ESPECIALLY since are usually always get the vibe that the employees are annoyed with me calling to place an order. I probably won't be back again. It's pretty upsetting to me
